Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, it goes into production before shipping.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days
  • This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging
  • Processing times may increase during holidays or peak seasons

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or seasonal volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes
  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • Customers are responsible for any customs charges imposed by their country 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • Refunds are not issued for orders lost due to incorrect addresses

 Lost or Delayed Packages

Separate Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
